Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

  • Items marked as non-returnable

Return process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@circadianrhythm.store with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

Return shipping

We offer free returns for customers located in the Netherlands. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

For customers outside of the Netherlands, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • This may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

  • Original shipping costs are included in the refund

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@circadianrhythm.store.
